FY27 Charter Funding — CDE vs CSI Formula Comparison

FY2026-27. Every Colorado charter, each formula run against each assumption set. No administrative retention anywhere (gross total program). CSI side reflects the updated 7/27/26 PPR Estimates, in which rural funding is allocated as a per-pupil share of the district's rural pot (old leg) plus a per-pupil share of the remote $100,000 (new-formula locale) — where CDE's tool applies a flat $100,000. Both engines reproduce their source workbook to the dollar; edit any assumption to recalculate live.
